Asbestos Management Surveys in West Midlands

Asbestos Management Survey is a non intrusive inspection. The purpose of the survey is to locate asbestos containing materials as well as record extent and condition. It ensures that asbestos containing materials at the premises do not pose the risk to occupants during day to day use. During the survey all accessible suspect product are sampled and analysed at UKAS accredited laboratory for presence of asbestos. Asbestos Management Survey report is produced containing information such as: locations of all sampled products, recommendation, floor plans for trouble-free locations and asbestos register. This is also a first step to produce an Asbestos register and Management plan to comply with Duty to manage asbestos in non-domestic properties.
